Studio Assignment

This project Will BE completed as part of Studio II. The objective is to design a headquarters space for our cause-driven brand, translating its mission into a functional and experiential interior environment. The process emphasizes research and analysis, beginning with precedent studies and progressing through the development of floor plans and spatial drawings, as well as handmade collaged section perspectives that explore spatial depth, atmosphere, and user experience.

Project Description

Balance is a therapy-centered environment designed to guide users through introspection, release, and reconnection. The project uses spatial sequencing to support emotional processing, moving from open communal areas to increasingly private spaces. At its core are confession rooms—intimate, acoustically softened environments that create a sense of privacy and psychological safety. From these spaces, users transition into an open meditation and yoga studio, allowing for release and recalibration, before returning to the tea bar as a space for grounding and social reconnection.
